Query Error
An <error number> in the range [
control of the instrument has detected a problem with the message exchange
protocol. The occurrence of any error in this class causes the query-error bit (bit 2)
in the Event Status Register to be set. This means that one of the following
conditions exists:
– An attempt is being made to read data from the output queue when no output
– Data in the output queue was lost.
