HARDWARE MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES

Perform the following procedures as standard maintenance per Table 5-1.

Inspect the particulate filter often for signs of plugging or contamination. Do not touch any
part of the housing, filter element, PTFE retaining ring, glass cover and the o-ring with
your bare hands: use gloves or PTFE coated tweezers or similar handling to avoid
contamination of the sample filter assembly.
To change the filter:
1. Turn OFF the analyzer to prevent drawing debris into the instrument.
2. Open the hinged front panel and unscrew the retaining ring on the filter
