4. Remove two screws (Teledyne API P/N SN150) and two washers.
5. The reaction cell will separate into two halves, the stainless steel manifold
assembly and the black plastic reaction cell with window gasket, stainless steel
reaction cell sleeve, optical filter and O-rings.
6. The reaction cell (both plastic part and stainless steel sleeve) and optical filter
should be cleaned with Distilled Water (DI - Water) and an appropriate optical
wipe and then dried.
7. Usually it is not necessary to clean the sample and ozone flow orifices since
they are protected by sintered filters.

If tests show that cleaning is necessary, refer to Section 5.6.9 on how to clean
the critical flow orifice.
