Immediately upon arrival, purchaser shall check the packing container against
the enclosed packing list and shall, within thirty (30) days of arrival, give Fluke
notice of shortages or any nonconformity with the terms of the order. If purchaser
fails to give notice, the delivery shall be deemed to conform with the terms of the
order.
The purchaser assumes all risk of loss or damage to instruments upon delivery
by Fluke to the carrier. If an instrument is damaged in transit, PURCHASER
MUST FILE ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE WITH THE CARRIER to obtain
compensation. Upon request by purchaser, Fluke will submit an estimate of the
cost to repair shipment damage.
Fluke will be happy to answer all questions to enhance the use of this instrument.

We hereby certify that the Fluke Calibration Model 5322A is in compliance with
Postal Regulation Vfg. 1046 and is RFI suppressed. The marketing and sale of
the equipment was reported to the German Postal Service. The right to retest this
equipment to verify compliance with the regulation was given to the German
Postal Service.

This equipment generates and uses radio frequency energy and, if not installed
and used in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, may cause
interference to radio and television reception. It has been type-tested and found
to comply with the limits for a Class B computing device in accordance with the
specifications in Subpart J of Part 15 of FCC Rules, which are designed to
provide reasonable protection against such interference in a residential
installation. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a
particular installation. If this equipment does cause interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and
on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one of more of the
following measures:
Reorient the receiving antenna
Relocate the equipment with respect to the receiver
Move the equipment away from the receiver
Plug the equipment into a different outlet so that the computer and
receiver are on different branch circuits
