[SOUR]:SAF:LIN:CORR (?) <CPD> {OFF | MAN | SCAN | COMP}
Description: This command sets the mode of residual impedance correction.
Parameters: <CPD>
Example:
SAF:LIN:CORR MAN Manual correction of residual impedance.
Query:
SAF:LIN:CORR?
[SOUR]:SAF:LIN:POL?
Description: Returns the type of test signal generated by the DUT. If not already
selected, it also switches the Product to the Line Impedance
function.
Query:
SAF:LIN:POL?
Types are:
Test current is pulse (dc) with positive polarity (POS)
Test current is pulse (dc) with negative polarity (NEG)
Test current is symmetrical (ac) with positive phase (SYMP)
Test current is symmetrical (ac) with negative phase (SYMN)
 Test current is dc with positive polarity (DCP)
 Test current is dc with negative polarity (DCN)
NO is returned when the generated test signal is not valid.
[SOUR]:SAF:LIN:CURR?
Description: This command returns the measured maximum (peak) value of
current flowing through the selected resistance. Maximum value
can be cleared using command SAF:LIN:CLEar. The Product
returns the current value using exponential format. Example:
215 mA is returned as 215.0e-03
Query:
SAF:LIN:CURR?
Multifunction Electrical Tester Calibrator
Parameter represents type of
residual impedance correction. If
not already selected, this command
switches the Product into the Line
Impedance function mode.
OFF no correction
MAN manual residual impedance
correction
SCAN scanned residual impedance
correction
COMP compensated residual
impedance correction
Returns the type of residual correction
mode selected.
