[SOUR]:SAF:HRES:RINP(?) <DNPD>
Description: This command sets the input resistance of the DUT sense terminal,
when the multiplier is used. If not already selected, this command
switches the Product to the High-Resistance mode.
Parameters: <DNPD>
Example:
SAF:HRES:RINP 10.52E6
Query:
SAF:HRES:RINP?
[SOUR]:SAF:HRES:VOLT?
Description: This command returns the measured voltage on the resistance.
The Product returns the voltage value using exponential format.
Example: 120 V is returned as 120.0e+00. If not already selected,
this command switches the Product to the High-Resistance mode.
Query:
SAF:HRES:VOLT?
[SOUR]:SAF:HRES[:VOLT]:LIM?
Description: This command returns the maximum allowed value of voltage on
the resistance. The Product returns the voltage value using integer
format. Example: 500 V is returned as 500. If not already selected,
this command switches the Product to the High-Resistance mode.
Query:
SAF:HRES:LIM?
[SOUR]:SAF:HRES[:VOLT]:MAX?
Description: This command returns the maximum (peak) value of voltage
measured on the resistance. Maximum value can be cleared using
the command SAF:HRES:CLEar. The Product returns the current
value using exponential format. Example: 700 V is returned as
700.0e+00. If not already selected, this command switches the
Product to the High-Resistance mode.
Query:
SAF:HRES:MAX?
[SOUR]:SAF:HRES[:VOLT]:CLE
Description: Clears the maximum (peak) value of voltage measured on the
resistance. If not already selected, this command switches the
Product to the High-Resistance mode.
Example:
SAF:HRES:CLE
[SOUR]:SAF:HRES:CURR?
Description: This command returns the measured current flowing through the
resistance. The Product returns the current value using exponential
format. Example: 120 μA is returned as 120e-06. If not already
selected, this command switches the Product to the High-
Resistance mode.
Query:
SAF:HRES:CURR?
Parameter represents the value of input series
resistance expressed in Ohms. Default value is 0,
range is limited to 100 MΩ.
Sets series resistance to 10.52 MΩ.
The Product returns the value of
series resistance using exponential
format. Example: 1MΩ is returned as
1.000e+06.
