[SOUR]:SAF:HRF[:VOLT]:CLE
Description: Clears the maximum (peak) value of voltage measured on the
resistance. If not already selected, this command switches the
Product to the High-Resistance mode (function 100GOhm).
Example:
SAF:HRF:CLE
[SOUR]:SAF:HRF:CURR?
Description: This command returns the measured current flowing through the
resistance. The Product returns the current value using exponential
format. Example: 120 nA is returned as 120e-09. If not already
selected, this command switches the Product to the High-
Resistance mode (function 100GOhm).
Query:
SAF:HRF:CURR?
[SOUR]:SAF:HRSH
Description: This command switches the Product into the High-Resistance
mode (Short).
Example:
SAF:HRSH
[SOUR]:SAF:HRSH:LOW(?) <CPD> {FLOat | GROund}
Description: This command connects or disconnects the high resistance Lo
terminal to/from GND terminal. If not already selected, this
command switches the Product into the High-Resistance mode
(function Short).
Parameters: <CPD>
Example:
SAF:HRSH:LOW GRO
Query:
SAF:HRSH:LOW?
[SOUR]:SAF:HRSH:CURR?
Description: This command returns the measured current flowing through the
shorted terminals. If not already selected, this command switches
the Product into the High-Resistance mode (function Short).
Product returns the current value using exponential format.
Example: 10 mA is returned as 10.00e-03.
Query:
SAF:HRSH:CURR?
Multifunction Electrical Tester Calibrator
High-resistance mode (Short).
GROund grounds the High Resistance
Output.
FLOat floats the High Resistance
output from ground.
Grounds the High Resistance output
terminal Lo.
The Product returns GRO when the
output is grounded or FLO when
floating.
