If parameter numbers ≥ 1999 are addressed, a parameter page must be
selected from the high byte of the IND array (page index).
Each parameter page contains 2000 parameter numbers

Defines the requirement ID (master → slave) and the corresponding re-
sponse ID (slave → master)
