To define the transmission type:
1. Open the Transmission Settings page (Configuration tab > VoIP menu > PSTN
submenu > Transmission Settings).
2. From the 'Transmission Type' drop-down list, select the required transmission type.

3. Click the channel icon (SDH Link for SONET/SDH, or DS3 Number for DS3), and
then define the transmission settings as required.
4. Click Submit to apply your changes.
5. Reset the device and save your settings to the flash memory (see 'Resetting the
Device' on page 517).
For SDH/SONET, to view the KLM Numbering Mapping Table page, click Go to the KLM
Mapping Table
(KLM Numbering)' on page 319.
