This section explains how to configure the Port Security settings of the Switch. You can use the Port
Security f eature t o r estrict i nput t o a n i nterface b y l imiting a nd i dentifying M AC a ddresses.
Web I nterface
To c onfigure a C onfiguration o f L imit C ontrol i n t he w eb i nterface:
1. Select " Enabled" i n t he M ode o f
2. Checked A ging E nabled.
3. Set A ging P eriod. ( The d efault i s 3 600 s econds.)
To c onfigure a P ort C onfiguration o f L imit C ontrol i n t he w eb i nterface:
1. Select " Enabled" i n t he M ode o f
2. Specify t he m aximum n umber o f M AC a ddresses i n t he L imit o f
3. Set A tion ( Trap, S hutdown, T rap & S hutdown).
4. Click A pply.
