Max. D atagram S ize

The maximum number of data bytes that can be sent in a single sample datagram. This should be
set to a value that avoids fragmentation of the sFlow datagrams. Valid range is 200 to 1468 bytes
with d efault b eing 1 400 b ytes.

Flow S ampler E nabled

Enables/disables f low s ampling o n t his p ort.
Flow S ampler S ampling R ate

The statistical sampling rate for packet sampling. Set to N to sample on average 1/Nth of the
packets t ransmitted/received o n t he p ort.
Not a ll s ampling r ates a re a chievable. I f a n u nsupported s ampling r ate i s r equested, t he s witch w ill
automatically a djust i t t o t he c losest a chievable. T his w ill b e r eported b ack i n t his f ield.
Flow S ampler M ax. H eader

The maximum number of bytes that should be copied from a sampled packet to the sFlow
datagram. V alid r ange i s 1 4 t o 2 00 b ytes, a nd t he d efault i s 1 28 b ytes.
If t he m aximum d atagram s ize d oes n ot t ake i nto a ccount t he m aximum h eader s ize, s amples m ay
be d ropped.
Counter P oller E nabled

Enables/disables c ounter p olling o n t his p ort.
Counter P oller I nterval

With counter polling enabled, this specifies the interval -­‐ in seconds -­‐ between counter poller
samples.
