  When   the   Querier   address   is   not   set,   the   system   uses   the   IPv4   management   address   of   the   IP  
interface   a ssociated   w ith   t his   V LAN.  
  When   the   IPv4   management   address   is   not   set,   the   system   uses   the   first   available   IPv4  
management   a ddress.  
  Otherwise,   t he   s ystem   u ses   a   p re-­‐defined   v alue.   B y   d efault,   t his   v alue   w ill   b e   1 92.0.2.1.  
Compatibility:  
Compatibility   is   maintained   by   hosts   and   routers   taking   appropriate   actions   depending   on   the  
versions   of   IGMP   operating   on   hosts   and   routers   within   a   network.   The   allowed   selection   is  
IGMP-­‐Auto,   F orced   I GMPv1,   F orced   I GMPv2,   F orced   I GMPv3,   a nd   t he   d efault   c ompatibility   v alue   i s  
IGMP-­‐Auto.    
PRI:  
Priority   o f   I nterface.  
  This   i ndicates   t he   I GMP   c ontrol   f rame   p riority   l evel   g enerated   b y   t he   s ystem.   T hese   v alues   c an   b e  
used   t o   p rioritize   d ifferent   c lasses   o f   t raffic.  
  The   a llowed   r ange   i s   0   ( best   e ffort)   t o   7   ( highest),   a nd   t he   d efault   i nterface   p riority   v alue   i s   0 .    
Rv:  
Robustness   Variable.   The   Robustness   Variable   allows   tuning   for   the   expected   packet   loss   on   a  
network.   T he   a llowed   r ange   i s   1   t o   2 55;   t he   d efault   r obustness   v ariable   v alue   i s   2 .    
QI:  
Query   Interval.   The   Query   Interval   is   the   interval   between   General   Queries   sent   by   the   Querier.  
The   a llowed   r ange   i s   1   t o   3 1744   s econds;   t he   d efault   q uery   i nterval   i s   1 25   s econds.  
QRI:  
Query  Response  Interval.  The  Max  Response  Time  used  to  calculate  the  Max  Resp  Code  inserted  
into   t he   p eriodic   G eneral   Q ueries.   T he   a llowed   r ange   i s   0   t o   3 1744   i n   t enths   o f   s econds;   t he   d efault  
query   r esponse   i nterval   i s   1 00   i n   t enths   o f   s econds   ( 10   s econds).    
LLQI   ( LMQI   f or   I GMP):  
Last  Member  Query  Interval.  The  Last  Member  Query  Time  is  the  time  value  represented  by  the  
Last  Member  Query  Interval,  multiplied  by  the  Last  Member  Query  Count.  The  allowed  range  is  0  
to   3 1744   i n   t enths   o f   s econds;   t he   d efault   l ast   m ember   q uery   i nterval   i s   1 0   i n   t enths   o f   s econds   ( 1  
second).    
URI:  
Unsolicited   Report   Interval.   The   Unsolicited   Report   Interval   is   the   time   between   repetitions   of   a  
host's   i nitial   r eport   o f   m embership   i n   a   g roup.   T he   a llowed   r ange   i s   0   t o   3 1744   s econds,   t he   d efault  
unsolicited   r eport   i nterval   i s   1   s econd.
