

Ping L ength:

The p ayload s ize o f t he I CMP p acket. V alues r ange f rom 2 b ytes t o 1 452 b ytes.


The c ount o f t he I CMP p acket. V alues r ange f rom 1 t ime t o 6 0 t imes.
Ping I nterval:

The i nterval o f t he I CMP p acket. V alues r ange f rom 0 s econds t o 3 0 s econds.
Egress I nterface ( Only f or I Pv6):

The V LAN I D ( VID) o f t he s pecific e gress I Pv6 i nterface w here t he I CMP p acket g oes.

Start:

Click the "Start" button, then the switch will start to ping the device using ICMPv6 packet size set
on t he s witch.
After you press Start, 5 ICMPv6 packets are transmitted, and the sequence number and round-­‐trip
time are displayed upon reception of a reply. The page refreshes automatically until responses to all
packets a re r eceived, o r u ntil a t imeout o ccurs.
