3-­‐1 S ystem
After you login, the switch shows you the system information. This page is the default and tells you
the basic information of the system, including "Model Name", "System Description", "Contact",
"Location", "System Up Time", "Firmware Version", "Host Mac Address", and "Device Port". With
this information, you will know the software version used, MAC address, serial number, how many
ports a re g ood, a nd s o o n. T his i s h elpful w hile t roubleshooting.

To c onfigure S ystem I nformation i n t he w eb i nterface:
1. Click M onitor, S ystem, a nd I nformation.
2. Check the contact information for the system administrator as well as the name and location of
the s witch. A lso i ndicate t he l ocal t ime z one b y c onfiguring t he a ppropriate o ffset.
3. Click " Refresh."
