IP R ange:

Define the IP range to be excluded IP addresses. The first excluded IP must be smaller than or equal to the
second e xcluded I P. B ut, i f t he I P r ange c ontains o nly 1 e xcluded I P, t hen y ou c an i nput i t t o e ither o ne o f t he
first a nd s econd e xcluded I P f ields, o r b oth.
