Performance dashboard

The Performance dashboard screen displays the status of the array depending on the LDEVs IOPs,
LDEVs MBPs, LDEV Average Read Response time, and LDEV Write Response time. The arrays are
in Ok, Critical, or Warning state based on the usage of the component in that category. The usage data
is collected for threshold limits that are set in the Threshold Setting screen for a specified threshold
duration. It also displays usage statistics for top 10 major components in the following graphs (by default,
the graphs are plotted for data points collected over 6 hours):
Top 10 LDEVs by IO
Top 10 LDEVs by MB
Top 10 LDEVs Avg Response time
Top 10 LDEVs by Max Response time
Top 10 HGs by IO
Top 10 HGs by MB
Top 10 HGs by Average Response time
Top 10 HGs by Max Response time
Top 10 ports by Avg IO
Top 10 ports by Avg Mb
Top 10 Pool by IO
Top 10 pools by MB
Top 10 pools by Average response time
Top 10 pools by Max Response time
Top 10 Internal RGs by Average response time
Top 10 Internal RGs by Max response time
You can view the corresponding components and their usage statistics by clicking the following:
Graph titles: You are taken to the corresponding component screen that lists top10 respective
components in the array for that category. It also displays the usage statistics of the first component.
For example, when you click the Top 10 LDEV By Avg Response Time, you are taken to the Ldevs
screen. This screen displays the list of top 10 Ldevs in the arrays with higher average response time.
Graph bar: You taken to the corresponding component screen that displays the usage statics of the
selected component in the array. For example, when you click a bar in the Top 10 LDEV By Avg
Response Time graph, you are taken to the Ldevs screen. This screen displays usage statistics of
that Ldev in the array.
Status icon or number: You taken to the corresponding component screen that sorts and displays the
list of the components for that category. For example, when you select the Critical icon status or the
corresponding number in the LDEV IO, you taken to the Ldevs screen. This screen sorts and lists the
arrays with critical Ldevs on the top, and displays the usage statistics of the first Ldev in the list.
You can click either Performnce from the HPE XP7 Performance Advisor , or the status icons or
numbers in the Performance widget on the Overview dashboard to go to the Performance dashboard.
