6. Remove the two screws securing the AC relay to the LVPS mounting wall.
7. Remove the AC relay.
8. To install the AC relay, repeat these steps in reverse order.
Replacing the low voltage power supply
Estimated replacement time: 12 minutes
Warning! Failure to comply with the following could result in death or serious injury.
•
Do not remove or disable the vane switch. Do not attempt to operate the product with
inadequate airflow which can result in dangerous overheating.
1. Remove the front top lid (on page 40).
2. Remove the rear lens-side cover (on page 43).
3. Remove the rear top lid (on page 42).
4. Disconnect the four cables at the inline connection bracket.
5. Release the 24V standby cable from the routing clip.
6. Cut the cable tie, if applicable.
7. Release the blower vane switch cable from the routing clips.
8. Disconnect the inline relay (blue/black harness).
9. Disconnect the AC inline harness.
10. Loosen the thumbscrew on the low voltage power supply (LVPS) drawer and pull the drawer
out.
