4. Disconnect the radiator fan inline connector.
5. Remove radiator and fan assembly from projector.
6. Remove four screws securing radiator fan to radiator.
7. To install the radiator, repeat these steps in reverse order.

Replacing the main AC blower vane switch

Estimated replacement time: 19 minutes
Warning! Failure to comply with the following could result in death or serious injury.
• Do not remove or disable the vane switch. Do not attempt to operate the product with
inadequate airflow which can result in dangerous overheating.
1. Remove the main AC blower (on page 53).
2. Disconnect the two harnesses from the vane switch.
3. Remove the three screws securing the bracket to the baseplate.
4. Remove the two screws securing the switch to the bracket.
5. Remove the vane switch.
6. To install the main blower vane switch, repeat these steps in reverse order.
