Removing The Front Lens-Side Cover; Removing The Rear Lens-Side Cover - Christie Roadie 4K35 Service Manual

1. Shut down the projector (on page 22).
2. Using a security key, unlock and open the lamp door.
3. Unhook the securing tether on the right side of the door.
4. To release the door, slide the locking pin (accessible through the cutout located on the right
side of the door) towards the inside of the door.
5. To re-install, follow these steps in reverse order.

Removing the front lens-side cover

Estimated replacement time: 4 minutes
1. Shut down the projector (on page 22).
2. Remove the shroud, if installed (on page 40).
3. Remove the light engine air filter cover, including filter (on page 45).
4. Remove the four screws securing the top of the cover to the chassis.
5. Tilt the access panel frame a little to the front (lift left side) to clear the rear cover and
remove.
6. To re-install, align the bottom tabs and follow these steps in reverse order.

Removing the rear lens-side cover

The rear lens-side cover provides access to the AC relay and other components.
