Replacing the fold mirror

Estimated replacement time: 15 minutes + 30 minute calibration

Warning! Failure to comply with the following could result in death or serious injury.

UV EXPOSURE! Protective UV safety glasses with side shields and Christie approved protective

safety clothing must be worn when performing optical adjustments or servicing the product.

1. Remove the four screws securing the fold mirror cover plate under the front portion of the

projector. Remove cover plate.

2. Remove one screw from each tab.

3. Loosen the other screws from each tab.

4. Wearing the gloves provided with the service kit, hold the mirror in place and swing the tabs

out to the side.

5. Carefully lower the mirror and remove.

6. To install the fold mirror, repeat these steps in reverse order.

7. Before replacing the fold mirror cover, adjust the fold mirror (on page 24).

Estimated replacement time: 1 minute

1. Remove the front top lid (on page 40).

2. Remove the two screws securing the snood.
