4. Guide the lamp through the hole in the back of the reflector assembly and guide the lamp into
the cathode (-) clamp.
5. Insert the threaded cathode (-) end of the lamp into the negative lamp connector nut located
in the rear of the lamp compartment.
6. Using both hands, hand-tighten this end into the threaded nut.
7. Rest the anode (+) end of the lamp on the anode yoke and slip the positive lamp connector
over the bulb end.
8. Using a 4 mm Allen key, squeeze together with the anode clamp making sure not to place any
torque on the lamp quartz tube.
9. Tighten both the anode (+) and cathode (-) set screws.
10. Make sure the anode lead, between the lamp and the igniter, is located away from any
projector metal, such as the reflector plate or firewall.
11. Re-install the front lamp duct.
12. Close and lock the lamp door.
13. Connect the projector to AC power.
14. Set the projector breaker switch to the on position.
15. Record new lamp information:
a) Tap Menu > Lamp > Change Lamp.
b) Type the Lamp Type, Serial Number, and Hours Used.
c) Tap Apply Lamp Change.
d) Tap Continue.
16. Perform a lamp calibration.

Warning! Failure to comply with the following could result in death or serious injury.
UV EXPOSURE! Protective UV safety glasses with side shields and Christie approved protective
safety clothing must be worn when performing optical adjustments or servicing the product.
Estimated Replacement Time: 15 minutes + 15 minute calibration
