• Channel 1 measurement: current measurement, auto range
• Channel 2 measurement: optical power
• Channel 2 responsivity constant (R) of detector for wavelength of interest: 1
• Channel 2 dark current (D): 1
• Channel 1 source: 10V range, +10V amplitude
• Channel 2 source: 100V range, +20V amplitude
