Linear voltage sweep
Linear source 1 voltage sweep from 1V to 10V in 1V increments:

SOUR1:SWE:POIN? (returns 10)

List sweep

The previous linear sweep can instead be performed using a voltage list as follows:

SOUR1:LIST:VOLT 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10

These commands are used to add one or more values (up to 100) to a
source list that already exists. The source values are appended to the end
of the list. (By using multiple appended lists, up to 3000 points can be in
a list.)
These commands are used to determine the length of the specified
source list. The response message indicates the number of source values
in the list.
