These commands are used to specify the average filter count for channel
1 and channel 2. In general, the filter count is the number of readings
that are acquired and stored in the filter buffer for the averaging calcula-
tion. Each aquired group of readings yields a single filtered reading. The
larger the filter count, the more filtering that is performed.
