Collegare il cavo di alimentazione (5)
alla presa RC586 (centrale) del
Mathesis e alla presa di corrente (6)
RC 586
della moto.
Collegare il cavo di interfaccia (7) per
ingresso analogico al sensore
pressione (4) e alla presa COM2 del
Mathesis.
Seguire la procedura indicata nel
menù "Pressione" della schermata
"Ausiliari".
A questo punto è possibile avviare il
motoveicolo.
Importante
La pressione massima non
deve essere mai superiore a 6 bar.
Valori di controllo pressione olio:
Motore caldo con temperatura olio=
almeno 80°:
1100÷1300 min
maggiore di 0,8 bar
3500÷4000 min
maggiore di 4
Una pressione troppo elevata può
significare un inceppamento della
valvola limitatrice. Al contrario, un
valore troppo basso può essere
causato dalla valvola limitatrice
bloccata nella posizione di apertura o
da una molla troppo tenera o da una
pompa difettosa. Altre cause
possono essere una usura eccessiva
delle guarnizioni di tenuta o del

motore stesso.
Rimuovere i componenti del kit
pressione e rimontare il pressostato
con relativa guarnizione. Bloccarlo alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Collegare il connettore dell'impianto
elettrico sul pressostato.
Attach the power supply cable (5) to
the Mathesis port RC586 (center port)
and to the motorcycle power outlet
(6).
Connect the analog input interface
cable (7), to the pressure sensor (4)
and to the COM2 port of the
Mathesis tester.
Follow the instructions provided in
menu "Pressure" in the "Auxiliary"
screen.
Now the motorcycle can be started.

Oil pressure test values:
Warm engine
(oil temperature at least at 80°C):
1,100-1,300 rpm.

A pressure which is too high indicates
that the pressure-relief valve is
jammed. A pressure which is too low
indicates that the pressure-relief
valve is jammed in the open position,
that the spring is too weak, or that the
oil pump is faulty. Other causes of
incorrect pressure readings include:
badly worn seals and gaskets; badly
worn engine.
Remove the test equipment
(components of the pressure kit).
Refit and tighten the pressure switch
complete with seal to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Connect the electrical connector to
the pressure switch.
