Prima del rimontaggio eliminare l'olio
presente sulla molla e sul collare

molla.
Installare i seguenti componenti:
- la molla (10), con la parte conica
rivolta verso il collare (11);
- il collare molla (11) con il segmento
(17);
- il cursore (12);
- la rondella (13) superiore.

Montare l'attrezzo (cod. 88713.0957)
usato nello smontaggio nel foro
laterale del collare molla (11).
Spingere in basso detto attrezzo
quindi posizionare il distanziale (C)
sotto il controdado della cartuccia (8).
Avvitare il tappo superiore (14) sul
registro di estensione montato sulla
cartuccia (8).
Bloccare con chiave esagonale il
88713.0957
registro estensione e serrare il tappo
superiore alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C
3).
Rimuovere il distanziale (C) premendo
l'attrezzo (cod. 88713.0957) verso il
basso.

Attenzione
Il registro (A) del tappo (14)

deve essere completamente svitato.
Avvitare il tappo superiore (14) sul
fodero esterno alla coppia di serraggio
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Installare l'anello di fermo (1).

Clean off any oil from spring and
spring collar before assembly.
Fit the following parts:
- the spring (10) with its taper side
pointing to the spring collar (11);
- the spring collar (11) with dust seal
(17);
- the slider (12);
- the upper washer (13).
Fit the special tool (part no.
88713.0957) -previously used for
removal- into the spring collar side
hole (11).
Push the tool down and position the
spacer (C) under the check nut of the
cartridge (8).
Tighten the upper plug (14) onto the
rebound adjuster on the cartridge (8).
Lock the rebound adjuster with an
hex. wrench and then tighten the plug
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Push the tool (part no. 88713.0957)
down and remove the spacer (C).
Warning
Adjuster (A) on plug (14) should
be fully undone.
Tighten the upper plug (14) on outer
sleeve to the specified torque
(Section C 3).
Fit the snap ring (11).
