Removal Replacement Procedures CRUs
This chapter describes how to handle Customer Replaceable Units (CRUs) and how to
identify defective CRUs and replace them yourself. Other units may not be replaced by the
customer.
The CRUs are hot-plug components which can be expanded or replaced during operation.
The hot-plug procedure increases the availability of system operation and guarantees a high
degree of data integrity and failsafe performance.
Please note that unauthorized interference with the system will void the warranty and
exempt the manufacturer from all liability.
