(14) Charge Display
Used to select the type of the display of LCD on a proprietary telephone
and the output format of SMDR. By default, duration time of an outside call
is displayed on the LCD of PITS.
This assignment is valid only when "Change Management" feature is
utilized.

(15) Tone Except Idle Status (MFC-R2)
Used to change the tone type which is sent to an extension when making a
call through the MFC-R2 sequence from DID card.This is not valid when the
