Busy Calls The number of calls which failed to
access any OGM2 resources.
CCS One hundred call seconds, or one
hundred seconds of telephone conver-
sation.
One hour of telephone traffic is equal
to 36 CCS.
Tenant If tenant service is employed, OGM 2
screen for each tenant is displayed
individually.
