3.03 Card Test procedure
Enter the test command according to the card test
format below.

(Note) "* " can be used as a wild card character

(Note) When you test the DISA card, the following
message appears on the screen
=> 105 <OGM Test ? Y/N/C>
When you select "Y", the previously recorded OGM
message is erased.
When you finish the card test, go to the Test Main
Menu by pressing the <PF2> key.
