If HLC (Analog Hybrid Line Circuit), PLC (Analog Proprietary Line Circuit), DLC
(Digital Proprietary Line Circuit) or DHLC (Digital Hybrid Line Circuit) is not
assigned in the "Slot Assignment (SLA)" program, DATA ERROR appears on the
screen.
