Vacuum Tank Replacement
Removal Procedure
HVAC
1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to
Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in G.eneral
Information.
2.
Remove the front end fascia outer deflector. Refer
to Air Deflector Replacement - Front Bumper
Fascia in Bumpers.
3.
Disconnect the vacuum line from the vacuum tank.
4. Remo.ve the vacuum tank mounting bolts
5.
Remove the vacuum tank.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the vacuum.tank.
Notice:
Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and
Notices.
2. Install the vacuum tank mounting bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the vacuum tank mounting bolts to
1.9 N,m (17 lb in).
