Backprobe BCM connector C3 terminal 02 with a test

lamp connected to ground.

Does the BCM chime sound when the test lamp is
connected {the horn may also sound)? Go to Step 14 Go to Step 15
Repair the open in circuit 263 between the BCM and the

shock sensor.

Is the repair complete?

1. Check for a poor connection at the BCM
connector C3 terminal 02.
