Cause:
Registration sensors failed to signal paper detection.

CTL board
Perform check, take action in this order:
1.
Replace the inverter guide plate.
Action
2.
Replace the trailing edge sensor.
3.
Replace 1st, 2nd Registration sensors.
4.
Replace the CTL board.
