AUTOMATIC RECALL-CCIS

General Description
This feature works as a time reminder. When an Attendant-handled call through CCIS remains on hold,
camped-on, or ringing unanswered for a fixed interval, the Attendant is automatically alerted.

Specify the timing for Automatic Recall.
If no data is set, the following timing will be
applied:
Attendant Recall
Non Exclusive Hold
Exclusive Hold
Transfer Recall
Attendant Hold Recall – 31.2-33.6 seconds
Camp-On Recall

Operating Procedure
No manual operation is required.
