Airbag

L'airbag non sostituisce le cinture di si-
curezza ma ne incrementa l'efficacia. Un
corretto utilizzo delle cinture di sicurezza, in-
tegrato con l'azione dell'airbag, offre la massi-
ma protezione in caso di urto frontale.

Elementi del sistema airbag

Il sistema airbag è costituito da due cuscini a gonfiag-
gio istantaneo situati, uno sul lato pilota al centro del
volante A e l'altro, sul lato passeggero, all'interno della
plancia B.
Ruotando la chiave di avviamento in po-
sizione II, si illumina la spia C che, in as-
senza di anomalie, si spegnerà dopo 4 secondi.
Se la spia non si illumina, se rimane illumina-
ta o se si illumina durante la marcia, rivolgersi
immediatamente alla R

Airbag
The airbag is not a substitute for a seat
belt, although it does increase the efficien-
cy of the latter. Correct use of seat belts, in com-
bination with the airbag, will offer maximum
protection in the event of a head-on collision.
Airbag system components
The airbag system consists of two cushions that inflate
instantaneously. One A is situated on the driver side,
in the middle of the steering wheel, and the other B is
on the passenger side, inside the dashboard.
When the ignition key is turned to posi-
tion II, the warning light C will switch on.
If no malfunctioning is detected, it will switch
off after 4 seconds. If the warning light does not
switch on, if it remains on or if it switches on

Airbag
El airbag no sustituye a los cinturones de
seguridad pero incrementa su efectividad.
Un uso correcto de los cinturones de seguridad,
integrado con la acción de los airbags, ofrece la
máxima protección en caso de colisión frontal.
Elementos del sistema de airbags
El sistema de airbags está formado por dos cojines de
inflado instantáneo situados, uno A en el lado del con-
ductor, en el centro del volante y el otro, en el lado del
acompañante, en el interior del salpicadero B.
Girando la llave de contacto a la posición
II, se enciende el testigo C que, si no se
detectan anomalías, se apagará después de 4
segundos. Si el testigo no se enciende o se encien-
de durante la marcha, diríjase inmediatamente
