Head Gap Sensor Position Adjustment
• If the size of gap is between 0 and 0 .8 mm, move on to step 5 .
• If the size of gap is other than between 0 and 0 .8 mm, loosen the screw and adjust the position of the head gap sensor so
that the size of gap becomes between 0 and 0 .8 mm . Then tighten the screw .

Loosen two screws that secure the head gap sensor . Do not loosen the screws to the point where backlash occurs .
6.
Perform [SERVICE MENU] > [SENSOR CHECK] and confirm the status of sensor [A] .

Flip the metal plate of head gap sensor with your fingers in order to put the sensor back to the original position, and turn
the screw counterclockwise until the status of sensor [A] is OFF . When the sensor is OFF, [*] mark is not displayed .
