LCD/LED/BUZZER check
This menu is to check LCD, LED and buzzer. When this menu is selected, it sequentially performsthe functions of LCD, LED and buzzer.
The functions are the followings, ON/OFF of LCD contrast, LCD back light, ON/OFF of buzzer, display and move of cursor on LCD, and
display of all caracters available on LCD. Con rm that all functions operate properly, visually and by the sound.

Check that the LED pointer can be operated properly by turning ON/OFF the pointer
by pressing [ENTER] key.

Network input check
This menu is to con rm the data input from network. The check sum and input data byte are
shown on the lower LCD. On the left, it displays the check sum in hexadecimal of 2 digits. On the
right, it displays the input data byte in decimal of max. 10 digits. They are cleared when [ENTER]
key is pressed. The input data byte over ows at 4GB(4294967296B) and resets to 0.
* When trans ering from VersaWorks, send the data from [Send Native File].

Maintenance timing message
This menu is to set up the timing to show the message for maintenance. It displays the message
suggesting to perform maintenance when the total print time reaches the speci ed hours.
Range: NONE, 10 to 990 hours (in 10 hour unit) Default: NONE

Aging
To stop aging, press the [ENTER] key. The head carriage returns back to the capping position, and it returns to the former menu
after the heads are capped. Make sure not to perform aging for excessive time when the heads are lled with ink, in order to
prevent the heads from being damaged by dried ink. When aging is performed with ink lled, it runs with performing the
ushing. No ushing when ink is not lled.
SCAN: Aging for scan motor. The head carriage runs maximumprinting width in scan direction.
FEED: Aging for feed motor. The table unit moves maximumrange in feed direction.
HEIGHT ： Aging for height motor. The table unit moves maximum range in height direction.

Axis movement
As entering the menu, origin point intialize for all stepping motor is performed.
When you select HEIGHT/FEED/, the position of the axis is displayed.

This menu is to check whether servo motor can be locked properly. While in this menu, servo
motor is free. When the carriages are moved by hands, the displayed values change as the
feedback is performed normally. Servo motor can be locked by pressing
[ENTER] key. When it is locked while the motor is in pause, the normal power control is
performed. As for [F(Feed direction)], the value displayed on the left changes by grid encoder,
and the right changes by motor encoder.
