Subtract the each value of the four points from the value of the lower right corner (98 .2 mm) . According to the subtracted
value, adjust the height at 3 positions . (For the center point, adjust the height at one position . )

Z=98.3 mm
98.2-98.3=-0.1

For No . 1 point, adjust the height with the following three adjustment screws . For adjusting 0 .1 mm, turn the adjustment
screw for 1/7 turn . Since the adjustment value of No . 1 point is 0 .2, turn the adjustment screw for 2/7 turn .
