For each source output frequency in the table do the following:
1. Tune the spectrum analyzer to the output frequency and mark its level as
the reference level. Use spectrum analyzer settings of 300 Hz resolution
bandwidth and 1 kHz video bandwidth. These settings should lower the
noise floor and allow accurate spurious level measurements.
2. Measure the level of the spur frequencies in the table.
