State
This display shows the state of the relay shown on the
display.
Relay:
means the relay is in its normal state.
NORMAL
means the relay is not in its normal state.
OUT
Relay state is toggled by the
softkey.

Returns a 1 or 0 where 1=normal and 0=out.
