This softkey sets the reference chain's tuning sensitivity to
100 parts-per-million (20 PM/volt). The 600 MHz oscillator is free running
and can be tuned externally from the front-panel TUNE VOLTAGE
connector.
Select this sensitivity for applications that require a wide tuning range and a
low noise floor at offsets ≥ 10 kHz.
