Changing the camshaft bearing

-
Remove valve spring retainer @ and the valve spring.
-
Pull the valve out of the valve guide from below and remove
valve stem seal@) and valve spring seat
-
Mark the valves corresponding to their installation position.
Info
Place the valves in a box corresponding to their instal­
lation position and label them.
Condition
Valves are removed.
-
Mount the cylinder head.
I Clamping plate (75029050000)
-
Remove the large camshaft bearing using the special tool.
I Pressing tool (75029051000)
-
Remove small camshaft bearing
Bearing puller (15112017000)
Internal bearing puller (15112018100)
-
Press the small camshaft bearing in until flush using special
tool@.
I Pressing tool (75029044020)
