Position the hose end in a fuel cannister.

Connect the diagnostics tool and start it.

Select the
"Function test of fuel pump control"
test.

Check the fuel pressure with the filler cap closed.

If the specification is not reached:

Open the filler cap.

Check the tank air vent system.
-
Check the fuel pressure with the filler cap open.

If the specification is not reached:

Check that the fuel line is clear.

Change the fuel filter.
-
Change the fuel pump.
-
Stop the "Function test of fuel pump control"
by pressing the button.
"Quit"

Remove the special tools.

Join the fuel hose connection.
