Grease the O-ring.

Fork oil (SAE 4) (48601166S1)
Slide the cartridge all the way into the fork leg.
Turn the fork.
Have the entire filling quantity of fork oil available.
Oil capacity per fork 630 ml
leg (21.3 fl. oz.)
Add some of the fork oil while pulling out and pushing in the
piston rod numerous times.

Clamp the fork vertically.
Add the remaining quantity of fork oil.
