Return the ESA processor to service by typing
>RTS
and pressing the Enter key.
If RTS
passed
failed
Send any faulty cards for repair according to local procedure.
Record the following items in office records:
date the card was replaced
serial number of the card
symptoms that prompted replacement of the card
Go to step 34.
Get more assistance in replacing this card by contacting the personnel
responsible for higher level of support.
