11.2 Replacing the CUD
Step 6: Load into the target system, RAM to ROM
Load the project into the drive (load into the target system) to upgrade the charts in the
drive to the new version and permanently save the parameter assignment (carry out RAM
to ROM).

The information regarding electrostatic sensitive devices must be carefully observed. See
Chapter "ESD-sensitive components (Page 22)".
Note
Use the supplied protective cover
The module is equipped on both sides with highly sensitive components that can be
damaged if installed incorrectly.
It is therefore essential that you use the supplied mounting aid (protective cover) when
installing or removing the CUD.
Required tools
Torx screwdrivers TX10 (CUD) and TX20/TX30 (front cover).
