changed.
0x09 No description data available.
0x10 Read job will not be executed.
0x0B No operating priority.
0x0F No text array exists.
0x11 Request cannot be executed due to
operating status.
0x14 Illegal value.
0x15 Response too long.
0x16 Illegal parameter address.
0x17 Illegal format.
0x18 Number of values inconsistent.
0x19 Drive object does not exist.
0x20 Parameter text cannot be changed
0x21 Service not supported.
0x65 Parameter presently deactivated.

Access to a parameter that does not exist.
Modification access to a parameter value that cannot be
changed.
Modification access with value outside value limits.
Access to a subindex that does not exist.
Access with subindex to non-indexed parameter.
Modification access with a value that does not match the
data type of the parameter.
Modification access with a value not equal to 0 in a case
where this is not allowed.
Modification access to a description element that cannot be
changed.
Access to a description that does not exist (the parameter
value exists).
The read request is refused because know-how protection is
active.
Modification access with no operating priority.
Access to a text array that does not exist (the parameter
value exists).
Access is temporarily not possible for unspecified reasons.
Modification access with a value that is within the limits but
is illegal for other permanent reasons (parameter with
defined individual values).
