3 1 = Fault present. The active faults are stored in the fault buffer.
0 = No fault present. There are no faults in the fault buffer.

7 1 = Alarm present. The active alarms are stored in the alarm buffer.
0 = No alarm present. There are no alarms in the alarm buffer.
8 1 = Synchronize system time.
9 1 = No group alarm present.
10 1 = No group fault present.
11 Reserved, always "1"
