Following the reboot, the Gateway Controller connects to the Call Server and
downloads the remaining configuration information.
If centralized software upgrade has been enabled, the Gateway Controller will
upgrade its loadware by downloading it from the Call Server.
Once the Gateway Controller has registered, the LED display will show the
superloop and shelf (for example: 4 0) of the Media Gateway. Otherwise, it will
show "UNRG."
Rebooting the Gateway Controller
The Gateway Controller reboots and registers with the Call Server.
